Ingredients in Russian Salad Recipe:
- Carrots, peas, green beans, potatoes & Pineapple: 100 grams each and cut in 1cm square.
- Pickled gherkins: cut in cubes
- Yogurt: 50 gms
- Mayonnaise: 50 gms
- Mustard Sauce: ½ teaspoon
Procedure to make Russian Salad:
- Boil the veggies till tender. Do not over boil.
- Cool the boiled vegetables and keep.
- To this add all the other ingredients and mix until homogenized.
- Wrap with a cling film and refrigerate.
- Serve cold.
