Vegetable Hakka Noodles

A platter to ga-ga for, with Hakka Noodle you can never go wrong when you are in mood for some Chinese



  • Cabbage, shredded – 1 bowl
  • boiled noodles- 1 standard packet
  • bean, carrot, cut in strips- 1 bowl
  • green chilli- 2 split vertically
  • Schezuan sauce 1tbs
  • Tomato sauce 1tbsp
  • All in one Chings sauce 1tbsp


  • Fry one by one in order: green chillies, cabbage, bean & carrot. Add noodles
  • Add sauces and finally sprinkle salt & pepper.
  • Serve Hot
