Ginger Honey Salad Dressing

Sometimes it is the dressing that makes all the difference to a monotonous salad. The same salad can taste so awesome with a perfectly made dressing. When it comes to having fresh or steamed vegetable salad, this dressing works perfectly for me.



  • Vegetable oil : ½ cup
  • Rice wine vinegar: ½ cup
  • Honey: 1/4th cup
  • Sesame seeds: 3tbsp
  • Ginger: 2 tbsp, grated
  • Garlic: 1 clove, minced
  • Sesame oil: 3/4 tsp
  • Red pepper chili flakes: a pinch
  • Salt to taste



  • In a bowl, bring everything to a stir and refrigerate for ½ an hour.
  • Spread over vegetables of your choice.
