Soya Tofu Kabab


  • soya chunks powdered :  70 gms
  • chana dal flour      : 1/2 cup
  • tofu, mashed         : 1 cup
  • oats, powdered        : 2 tbsp
  • onion,  finely chopped      : 2  medium
  • green chillies, chopped: 1
  • fresh coriander leaves, chopped: 2 tbsp
  • garlic paste : 3/4 tsp
  • chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
  • amchur powder: 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala:  3/4 th  tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil: 1—-1-1/2 tbsp


Mix all the ingredients well with spices except oil. Shape them into kababs and sauté them on a non stick tawa using very little oil. Serve hot with mint chutney and garnish with lettuce leaves and steamed peas and apple slices.
