Bread Pakora



  • bread 5 slices
  • 1 katori besan
  • 2 tsp makki ka aata
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain(carom seeds)
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder,garam masala,pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp green paste
  • 1/2 katori curd
  • 1 tsp oil
  • green dhaniya for garnishing
  • oil for frying



  • prepare a mixture of curd salt, pepper and green paste in an bowl.
  • take another bowl and mix besan makki ka aata,and all masala ajwain.
  • cut bread into triangle shape, dip it in curd mixture, then in besan mixture and deep fry it
  • seve with tomato ketchup.
