Aaloo tikki with Cheesy Stuffing

  • Boiled Potatoes-4-5(medium size)grated
  • Hara dhaniya-2 teaspoon(chopped)
  • Green chillies-2 teaspoon(chopped)
  • Bread crumbs-1/2 bowl
  • Salt-1 teaspoon
  • Red chilliy powder-1/2 teaspoon
  • Amchoor(dry mango powder)-1/2
  • teaspoon
  • Boiled corns-2-3 teaspoon
  • Cheeze-3-4 cubes(grated)
  • Roasted cashewnuts-2 teaspoon(chopped)
  • Maida-1/2 teaspoon
  • White til (sesame)-1/2 bowl
  • Oil to shallow fry
  • Curd-1 bowl
  • Roasted cumin powder-1 teaspoon
  • green chutney
  • tamarind chutney


Take boiled potatoes, hara dhaniya, green chillies, bread crumbs, salt, red chillies, amchoor and make a soft mixture for tikki. Now crush bread crumbs and cheese and add cashew nuts and ur stuffing for tikkies are ready. Make a batter of maida, salt and pepper and water to coat tikki. Now heat oil in frying pan. Take tikki mixture in ur palm and stuff 1 teaspoon cheesy corn mixture in tikki. Dip tikki in Maida mixture and coat it with til and shallow fry tikkies. Now take tikki in serving plate, put curd salt, cumin powder, green chutney and tamarind chutney and enjoy hot cheesy stuffing wali tikki in this cold winter.
