Delicious Strawberry Cream!

I’d been recently to Mahabaleshwar, a hill station near Mumbai. The place abounds in Strawberry gardens and is a major trading center for the fruit in India. It was a delight to watch ripe, bright, red, succulent strawberries peeping out from behind fresh green leaves. Everywhere in the town you get beverages and desserts made with farm fresh strawberries. I bought a good 2 kilo of strawberries home and made Strawberry Cream. The dessert plays on your tongue with the sweet sour flavor of Strawberries and the rich creamy texture of the cream itself. Enjoy this dish to your hearts content.


  • 5-6 fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp of strawberry syrup
  • 1 tbsp of honey (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh milk cream
  • 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream (optional)


  • Cut the strawberries into small pieces and arrange in a bowl
  • Pour Strawberry syrup, honey and cream on top of it
  • Serve with ice cream if required
  • Serve chilled
