Raspberry Cordial


  • Raspberries: 4 cups
  • Vodka: 4 cups
  • Water: 4 cups
  • Sugar: 2 ½ cups
  • Sterilized glass jars with a tight lid


  • In a glass jar, let raspberries and alcohol sit for about two weeks. After two weeks, strain raspberries through a sieve. To this add water and sugar until dissolved. Pour into glass containers and keep for ageing in a cool place for 3- 4 months.
  • If you start from September, you’ll be lucky to have your own raspberry cordial on Christmas!
