Rosemary and Lemon white bean dip

Let’s break the concept of chutneys and move forward to a world full of dips. With so many dips around the world to experience, the green and typical red Indian chutney can afford to take a set back.

Here’s a healthy alternative for a great summer evening.

Ingredients:

  • White beans: 2 cups, cooked
  • Garlic: 1-2 peeled
  • Lemon rinds: 1, grated
  • Fresh rosemary: 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 1/4 cup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Again like we say. There is really no need for a step by step process. Everything can go in the blender and do quite well. A brisk blend for 2-3 minutes and your delicious dip is ready to slurrp!
