Ingredients:
- soya chunks powdered : 70 gms
- chana dal flour : 1/2 cup
- tofu, mashed : 1 cup
- oats, powdered : 2 tbsp
- onion, finely chopped : 2 medium
- green chillies, chopped: 1
- fresh coriander leaves, chopped: 2 tbsp
- garlic paste : 3/4 tsp
- chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
- amchur powder: 1/2 tsp
- garam masala: 3/4 th tbsp
- salt to taste
- oil: 1—-1-1/2 tbsp
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients well with spices except oil. Shape them into kababs and sauté them on a non stick tawa using very little oil. Serve hot with mint chutney and garnish with lettuce leaves and steamed peas and apple slices.
