Sometimes it is the dressing that makes all the difference to a monotonous salad. The same salad can taste so awesome with a perfectly made dressing. When it comes to having fresh or steamed vegetable salad, this dressing works perfectly for me.
- Vegetable oil : ½ cup
- Rice wine vinegar: ½ cup
- Honey: 1/4th cup
- Sesame seeds: 3tbsp
- Ginger: 2 tbsp, grated
- Garlic: 1 clove, minced
- Sesame oil: 3/4 tsp
- Red pepper chili flakes: a pinch
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl, bring everything to a stir and refrigerate for ½ an hour.
- Spread over vegetables of your choice.
