Nasi Goreng

A perfect main course for a Thai Food Lover, this is both aromatic and subtle and although simple as it may look, they say it takes years of practice to get Nasi goreng right! Well, we got ours with the blessings of the kitchen God.

Ingredients

  • Rice: About 250 grams
  • Onons: 2 medium
  • Eggs: 2
  • Tomatoes: 2 medium
  • Sweet soy sauce: 3 tbs
  • Fish sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
  • Salt & pepper to taste.

Procedure

  • Boil the rice, drain and keep it to cool.
  • Chop all the vegetables together and in a very hot frying pan, fry them.
  • Beat the eggs and stir them in the veggies and fry for another minute.
  • Stir in rice and mix well.
