Peach Fritters

Getting your hands on peaches right now might be a little difficult, but if you happen to find some in one of those supermarkets that stocks all seasonal fruits, make sure you pick them up. These peaches are great as it is, poached in sugar syrup and served warm with vanilla ice-cream or fresh cream and of course  as conserve and fritters!

Peach Fritters make a wonderful thanksgiving dessert that’s really easy to make and tastes absolutely heavenly. Imagine a burst of gooey, peachy sweetness wrapped in a sweet and salty, crispy wrap? Sounds great, doesn’t it? Take a look!
