Till the oil comes to boil,  take gram flour in a broad vessel or a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala (optional). Mix all of it properly. Add and mix fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and onion rings. Make a paste from the same. Check the oil by putting small part of the mixture. If the part comes on the surface immediately then the oil is heated up. Add some more parts gradually from the mix. Cook them on medium flame of gas. Drain oil and remove them in a plate when they are brownish and crispy. These are bhajias, they are very crispy and tasty.

Serve them with green coriander chutney and tomato sauce. These are best enjoyed with hot tea.
