Fruit n’ Yogurt Protein Shake Recipe


  • strawberries: 1 cup
  • Orange juice: ½ cup
  • Low fat yogurt: 1 cup
  • Vanilla flavor: 1tbsp
  • Whey protein powder: 2 scoops
  • Honey: 1 tbsp


  • In a blender, blend the strawberries first.
  • Follow with the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
