Ingredients:
- Peas- 375gms
- Spring Onions-2
- lime juice-1tbsp
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Cottage Cheese-100gms
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper Powder
Procedure:
- Boil peas with spring onions in water until soft.
- After they are soft and tender remove spring onions and pour the boiled water and peas mixture in a mixer. Then add cottage cheese to it and ginger, garlic and grind. After grinding add salt and lime juice and serve hot.
