Veg Le Salad

A mix of all vegetables leading to a healthy nutritious salad

Ingredients:

Vegetables:

Tomatoes, Onions, Cabbage, Red, green as well as yellow bell peppers, carrots, black olives, jalapenos, sweet corns, brocoli – All these items a small cup quantity.

For Dressing:

Olive oil: 1 TBSP, Mayonese: 2 TBSP, Salt to taste, Black Pepper: half TBSP, Garlic: 10 slices (smashed), lemon juice: 2 TBSP, Vinegar: 1 tea spoon, soya sauce: half tea spoon.

For Garnish:

Brocoli and some chips (Lays Magic Masala)

Procedure

Chop and place all the above vegetables in a large bowl. Now in another bowl mix all the above dressing ingredients and then add it in the large bowl of vegetables. Now Garnish it with broccoli and chips in the centre. Also garnish with some chips on the complete boundary.
