3 Egg

1 Onion

1 Tomato

3 Green Chilles

1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

A pinch of turmeric

1/2tsp ginger garlic paste

1tbsp oil

Salt & pepper to taste


Beat eggs and milk. Chop onion, tomato, green Chillies. Mix all ingredients, except Eggs, and stir on high flame for about 30 sec. Add eggs and give it a good stir again. Mix salt & pepper to taste. Serve with brow bread,rice ,etc
