Mulberry pancakes for Breakfast!

If you are in and around Mumbai, you’ll know a place called Panchgani. And if you know this place we are talking about, you’ll know why you just have to be there every after three months! Apart from its abundant natural beauty, Panchgani produces some of the sweetest berries that gets you addicted! Strawberries, mulberries, blue berries, sold by vendors, road side, its a treat if you can bring back a bag full properly: the next few days by default tends to be bright, uplifting and very berry days!

Here are some mulberry pancakes for the coming weekend that with its combination of sweet-tart taste would get you by the taste buds! Try it.

Procedure:

Whisk all the other ingredients except mulberries. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Heat a non stick flat-bottomed pan. Mix the mulberries to your batter gently and pour by ladle: one spoon at a time. Cook until a light golden brown on both sides and serve warm with honey.
