An easy starter to whet your Thai cravings!
- Prawns: about 500 grams
- Coconut Milk: 200 ml
- Lemon Juice: 2tbsp
- Fish sauce, salt & sugar: 1/4th teaspoon each
- Devein the prawns and wash properly. Rub, salt and sugar to the prawns and marinate the prawns for 5- 10 minutes.
- In a pan boil coconut milk. Leave the prawns in them and let it boil in simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve on a plate, drizzle lemon juice and serve.
TIP: If you do not like prawns in the typical Thai way, sauté them a bit in oil. Will taste just as fine but make sure not to over fry it.
