Raw Banana and Peas Rice

It’s so true that necessity is the mother of invention and it cannot be truer than in the kitchen. My husband called a few days back in the afternoon saying he would come home for lunch. I had finished mine already and I had just around 20 minutes before he was to arrive. I rummaged the refrigerator and luckily found a solitary raw banana. That was the only vegetable left along with a pack of frozen peas that I always keep in stock. I put these together with rice and it turned out awesome.
