People with Diabetes often crave for sweets. Instead of indulging in sugar-loaded sweets, these Healthy Oats Laddoos are great for Diabetics. Adding Glucerna powder to these laddos will ensure that it is packed with goodness of Mono-Unsaturated Fatty Acid (MUFA) Lipid System, ideally suited for Cardiovascular Health. Glucerna is extremely beneficial for people suffering from Diabetes. These laddoos are Diabetes-friendly, and Glucerna has a big role to play in this recipe to make these laddoos healthy!

 

Healthy Oats Laddoo

Taste-o-meter: Sweet

 

Ingredients:

Oats digestive biscuits: 1 pack (finely powdered)

Glucerna powder: 4 tbsp

Ghee: 1.5 tbsp

Milk: 1 tsp

 

Method:

Combine all the ingredients together and knead. If needed, use a little more ghee to bind the ingredients into a smooth dough. Make small laddoos. These laddoos can be stored upto 15 days in the refrigerator.
