The Greek feta salad or horiatiki salata is a country salad and one of the easiest dish to prepare that although calls for ingredients from the Mediterranean rack, but is unimaginably simple to make and very tough to go wrong with!

  • Capsicum: 1/2, julienned
  • Kalamata Olives: 10-12 whole

  • Oregano: ½ tbsp

Procedure:

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic. In another bowl place all salad ingredients and pour the dressing on top. Garnish with freshly ground black peppers.
