- Cabbge: 2 cups, shredded and semi boiled
- Gram flour: 1 cup
- Water: 3/4 th cup
- Chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder: 1 teaspoon each
- Oil: 3 tbsp
- In a bowl, mix all the above ingredients to make a thick paste. Add in the cabbage and mix well. Heat oil in a wok and let it smoke. Drop little balls with the help of spoons in the hot oil. Fry golden brown and strain.
