Spicy Paneeri Mirch

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Red Big Chillies—5-6 pieces
  • Paneer-100 grams(mashed)
  • Green pes—100 grams(boiled)
  • Fresh green coriander—a little
  • Salt—1.1/2 teaspoon
  • Chatmasala-1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder—3/4 teaspoon
  • Kishmish—15-20 pieces
  • Roasted nuts-2 teaspoon(crushed)
  • Maida-250 grams-
  • Pure ghee-1 tablespoon
  • Oil to fry

Procedure:

knead Maida with half tea spoon salt and ghee with water. Cover it with muslin cloth and keep it aside. Now make a stuffing by mixing paneer, green peas, coriander, salt, chatmasala, black pepper porder, roasted nuts and kishmish. Now take chillies and make a long slit on them, scoop them and fill with paneer stuffing. Now take Maida and roll them like chapattis. Cut long stripe from it and start rolling it on chillies and cover chillies from starting to end. Now fry these chillies in hot oil and serve them with yummy green chutney.
