Russian Salad Recipe

Ingredients in Russian Salad Recipe:

  • Carrots, peas, green beans, potatoes & Pineapple: 100 grams each and cut in 1cm square.
  • Pickled gherkins: cut in cubes
  • Yogurt: 50 gms
  • Mayonnaise: 50 gms
  • Mustard Sauce: ½ teaspoon

Procedure to make Russian Salad:

  • Boil the veggies till tender. Do not over boil.
  • Cool the boiled vegetables and keep.
  • To this add all the other ingredients and mix until homogenized.
  • Wrap with a cling film and refrigerate.
  • Serve cold.
