- 1cup broken wheat
- 1tbsp of oil
- 1 spoon cummin seed
- 1cup all types of mix sprouts
- 1 tomatoes,1spoon red chilli powder
- 1/3 spoon temric powder
- 1/3 spoon gram masala powder
- Coriander leaves.
take a cooker put 1 tb spoon ofoil put cummin seed and fry it then put 1 cup of broken wheat and fry it for some time then put mix spoutes and put termicpowder,red chillies,gram masala and tomatoes put 2 cups of waters and close the lid of the cooker let it cook for sometime(up to 2or3 whisle) it is ready for serve granish with corriander leaves.
