A must for the sweet tooths, trifle puddings are perfect to turn any meal into a happy meal.
- Sponge cake-500gms
- Peach can-1
- Custard(vanilla flavour)-prepared
- Grapes (a bunch)
- Almonds (1palm)
- Cashew nuts (1 1/2palm)
- Pistachio (1palm)
- Jelly cubes
- Cream as required
CUSTARD PREPARATION– Initially take 2ltr milk in a bowl and separate 12 tbsp from this. To this 12tbsp of milk add 8 tablespoons of custard. Now boil the 2 ltr. milk and add 100 gms of sugar. Now add the custard mixture in it and stir continuously on low flame. See to it that no lumps form. When it’s cooked well cool it at room temperature. After that add all the fruits and dry fruits in it (cube shape).
JELLY PREPARATION-take an empty and dry vessel and put 10grms jelly powder and 160grms sugar in it & mix well. Soak it well and place it on the stove for 5minutes. Cool it at room temperature and then keep it in fridge for 4-5 hours.
METHOD FOR CRISPY AND CRUNCHY TRIFLE PUDDING
Take a glass bowl and place sponge cake (cube shaped). Now sprinkle some fruit syrup over it. The next layer must be custard, topped with jelly and at last cream. Your recipe is ready. serve it chill.
