Quick n easy to made breakfast recipe
- Semolina – 1 Bowl
- Milk – 1/2 Cup
- Onion – 1/2 Bowl
- Tomato – 1/4 Bowl
- Capsicum – 1/4 Bowl
- Bread slices – 8
- Salt n Chilli to taste
- Put Semolina (Suji) in a big Bowl. Add Onion, Capsicum n Tomatoes. Add Milk, Salt, Red Chilli powder. Stir well. Add water as required to make a medium thick paste.
- Keep the mix aside for 5 mins. Stir well after that.
- Apply this paste on a slice of break on one side.
- Put butter on Non stick pan. Keep bread on pan. Cook till both the sides are golden brown.
