Mysore Bonda

Ingredients:

  • 250 gms maida
  • 250 gms rice flour(vari pindi)
  • 1/4ltr yoghurt(curd)
  • salt to taste
  • 2 onins sliced
  • 2 reaspoons of ginger greenchilli paste
  • 250 gms of oil.

Procedure:

Except oil, in the above ingredients, mix all the items, make it paste and keep it aside for 1 hour. Heat the oil in pan and make the paste in to small round bonda shapes and put it in the oil. Remove that bondas when it turns golden yellow. If need you can also prepare groundnut chutney or coconut chutney to eat this bondas with.
