Chicken cut into cubes: 500 gms
Honey: 1/4th cup
Brown sugar: 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds: 4 tbsp
Sesame oil: 1 tbsp
Ginger root grated: 1 tbsp
In a bowl, bring everything to a stir and refrigerate for ½ an hour. Spread over vegetables of your choice.
Mix together honey and brown sugar in a plate. Spread sesame seeds in another plate. Remove chicken from marination, roll chicken cubes in honey and brown sugar mixture and give it a coat of sesame seeds. Line the coated chicken in a roasting pan and roast at 400 °F for about half an hour. Serve hot.
