- Thin sliced chicken breast
- Ginger garlic paste
- Chilly powder
- Garam masala
- Tomato sauce
- All purpose flour
- Oil to fry
- Bread crumbs.
- Mix sliced chicken with chilly powder,garam masala,salt,ajinomoto,tomato sauce,ginger garlic paste and allow it to soak for 15 min.
- Beat one egg separately.Dust the manganate chicken in all purpose flour then dip in egg and then dust the slice in bread crumbs.
- Then deep fry the chicken in oil at medium flame till golden brown.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and onion.
- Now enjoy the chicken with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
