Here’s a healthy alternative for a great summer evening.
- White beans: 2 cups, cooked
- Garlic: 1-2 peeled
- Lemon rinds: 1, grated
- Fresh rosemary: 2 tbsp
- Olive oil: 1/4 cup
- salt and pepper to taste
Again like we say. There is really no need for a step by step process. Everything can go in the blender and do quite well. A brisk blend for 2-3 minutes and your delicious dip is ready to slurrp!
