Indian Mint Sauce Dip

Mint sauce

Ah! Mint! So reminds us of naughty sodas under the summer sun.

Bunch of luscious, plump, juicy green mint swaying in the air, listen to the sound as we pick up a bunch, made to blend with smooth peanuts, crisp chilies, a heavenly sprinkle of snow white salt like magic and a passionate squeeze off half a lemon!

Actually, did I just give out the recipe of Mint Sauce while being Nigella?

Indian Mint Sauce Dip

Time taken: 20 min

Taste-o-meter: spicy

Ingredients:
– Mint: A bunch
– Green chilies: 2, chopped
– Peanuts: 1/2 a cup, soaked in water
– Salt: A pinch
– Lemon Juice: of 1/2 a lemon

Method:
– Blend everything in the blender to a fine paste.
– Chill and serve!

NOTE: If you are making a mint sauce for serving in desserts, subtract the peanuts and green chilies. And after you have made the paste, strain it through a sieve.
