Ingredients: ½cup sliced fresh mushrooms 1tablespoon butter 3cups cooked rice 1cup chicken broth 3cups cooked, cubed chicken ¾cup celery, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup sliced almonds Procedure: Saute mushrooms in butter just until limp.
